da pea . . .

Sweet Pea is back up to 17 pounds again!

 

We didn't want to put him back on prednisone, but the vet said it was okay just to make Sweet Pea more comfortable. He is a silly little dog because he wants variety and won't eat the same thing two meals in a row. This morning he ate some boiled beef and chicken broth with white rice, at lunch he ate some roast beef deli slices and for dinner he ate some white meat chicken. He isn't wanting any of the veggies or cottage cheese or potatos we are offering him, but for right now, as long as he eats something, that is all we care about. In the third picture from the left, he is smiling to show you his new white teeth. He had an anesthesia free teeth cleaning to get the yucky stuff off his teeth.
