Teddy needs a foster home - how are your belly rubbing skills?
Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 11:35PM Teddy got his e-collar off today and he may not be pain free yet, but he is well on his way. His left ear that had the exterior skin graft looks AMAZING! And his right ear canal modified ear ablation is healing and his left ear canal is on its way to healing. The drains are all out and it will just be a matter of time to heal and feel better. Teddy REALLY needs a nice foster home with someone who is nurturing and caretaking and can give him a comfortable place to stay while he waits for adoption. If you are in the Los Angeles area and interested, please fill out our online application (it is the same as our adoption application). Thank you so much for considering giving Teddy a nice foster home! If you haven't already seen Teddy's video, you can view it here to see how he prefers his belly rubs.
Teddy's two surgeries and his medical boarding has come to $4,038.22 and we are so grateful to The Hogan Foundation for donating $1500 towards Teddy's medical. We just gave our vet $424 today (from the donations we received this week) and so now that brings our Teddy debt down to $2144.22 (plus his continued boarding at $28 a day until we can find him a foster home). Thank you to everyone who has donated, we could never have considered helping a dog like Teddy without all of you! He is a nice little dog and was worth it . . . you've done good!
