we've been busy . . . rescuing wiggle butts that is!

In the last three weeks, we took in more new dogs than ever before . . . this is only half of them. Our heads are spinning from it all . . . whew!

We are really perplexed by what is going on in our shelters. We will go to one shelter to rescue two cockers, within a week, two or three or four more will show up in their place. We have never seen so many cockers entering our shelter system. Right around this time, we are thinking we should be grateful we don't do Chihauhau or Pit Bull rescue, those rescuers have it a thousand times worse.

And guess what? Little Alvin the chipmunk had his first knee surgery! (thank you to The Hogan Foundation for your generous assistance!).
