Welcome to Camp Cocker Piper!
Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 01:54AM Meet the little Doxie-Cocker mix, PIPER!
Piper is an adorable young girl who ended up in the shelter because she had cherry eyes. Well that's no big deal, we just got them tucked by in by our vet and she is good as new now! Piper is small for a cocker and we think those cute little legs reveal some dachshund in her?
Piper loves playing with other dogs and gets bored easily when there's no one to play with her. She probably would do well in a home with another energetic, playful doggie companion. Piper is a little shy with new people but warms up quickly. She is very much worth being patient for because she is a sweet little girl underneath that shy demeanor!

If you are interested in meeting Piper, please begin with the online application and read about our adoption process and adoption fees here. Thank you so much for supporting animal rescue!
Camp Cocker is looking for VOLUNTEERS willing to be of service and open up their homes to offer one foster spot to a dog on an ongoing basis. Fostering a dog until it can find a forever home can be a lot of hard work, but the emotional rewards are incomparable when you know you have been a part of a dog's rescue journey from shelter to forever home.
If you are interested in joining Team Camp Cocker as a FOSTER PARENT, please fill out the Online Foster Application so that we can learn more about your home and try to match up the best foster dog to your lifestyle. (Camp Cocker will pick the dog for you to foster based on compatibility with your other dogs and also based on whom has been in boarding the longest and is at the top of the waiting list to find foster). Thank you so much for supporting animal rescue!
