Charlie's Journey

December 29th 2016 -- Adopted January 13th 2017

Charlie was dropped off at East Valley Animal Shelter in Los Angeles, CA a few days after Christmas. He was surrendered by two women and a teenage boy who sobbed throughout the lobby and pleaded for his family to keep Charlie and not give him up. The rescue coordinator had called us: She had made a promise to the young boy that she knew a great rescue that will take his dog, and find a loving home for him.

So far all we know about Charlie is:

• He was severely under weight
• About 3 years of age
• Infected and painfully Impacted anal glands!

Charlie is currently under the care of our veterinarian.
