Billy
SEPTEMBER 2019 - - - - Adopted january 2020!
RESCUED FROM THE Downey, Los Angeles ANIMAL SHELTER
Billy has had an incredibly busy few months. When he was rescued back in September 2019, this poor puppy had a congenital heart defect as well as a fractured pelvis and torn ligament in his leg from being hit by a car.
Billy has had two major surgeries to fix him up. The first was a balloon angioplasty performed by a cardiac surgeon to open up where his pulmonic valve leaflets had fused. The second was an FHO surgery to reattach the torn ligament in his leg.
Now that he has had both of these surgeries, we can now focus on Billy being a sweet, playful, cuddly little puppy who gets along with everyone.
