BUDLEY’S STORY
Freedom Flyer BUDLEY joined Camp Cocker Rescue, as Cameron, in April, 2019.
This lovely male Cocker Spaniel mix with the freckled nose was immediately adopted, and was living his best life when, in October, 2022, his adopter passed away.
Budley is now 5-6 years old, and is being temporarily fostered by a family friend. His dad was a single male, and it was just the two of them - so they truly were best buddies!
Here’s what Budley’s new foster mom has told us about him:
- Budley is wonderful, commiserating the death of his owner, trying to get used to a new environment. He is not an aggressive dog, but is somewhat fearful of the unexpected - probably best to avoid a home with young children.
- He needs an owner where someone is home the majority of the time, that makes Budley # 1 top dog.
- He is an exceptional dog, loving and playful and very smart.
- He is potty trained, goes for walks with me every 4-5 hours. He sleeps through the night. He eats meals twice a day.
- He gets along with other dogs, but do not know about cats.
Budley is being fostered in the Los Angeles area.
As we continue to get Budley vetted, stay tuned for more details - here on his web page and on social media:
