Claudia’s Story:

Cute Claudia was saved from a high kill shelter in Pomona, CA in August 2019. Aged at about 7 years old, she can be a little alpha with other dogs but is a sweet girl. Claudia has a severe permanent head tilt, likely from having chronic ear infections. A CT scan showed no neurological issues, and her dermatologist told us that her ears were not in terrible shape but would definitely need to be maintained due to narrow ear canals. While all dogs’ ears need care, dogs with drop ears like those of Cocker Spaniels require additional attention.

Now named Pie, this beautiful Cocker Spaniel is living her best life with some incredible adopters! She is doing wonderfully in her new home, is sweet natured, affectionate, and the happiest little girl ever. She’s is super confident and very funny. She has tons of energy and keeps her family laughing.

Pie is also a great traveler and has joined her family on several road trips to the Central Coast. She loves it there, especially walking on the boardwalk and along the wharf. The seals and seabirds fascinate her. Her adopters are delighted to have her, and that makes us so happy for Pie!
