Daisy

Adopted FEBRUARY 2023!

Daisy’s Story:

This darling little cocker spaniel mix was rescued in February 2023 when she flew here from South Korea as one of our Freedom Flyers. Thanks to our rescue partners known as the Cocker Moms, Daisy was found at an animal shelter there and had cherry eye surgery on her left eye prior to traveling to America. Weighing only 18 pounds, she’s a petite little lady estimated to be 4-6 years of age. She’s super friendly despite having been treated like the ugly duckling of the pack. Daisy just wants to be loved and play with toys all day!

In her new home, Daisy is treated like the adorable little princess that she is. Her family was so excited to meet her at the airport as soon as she got off the plane, and she received an incredibly warm welcome upon arrival. They tell us that she’s doing very well at home, is mostly house trained, and apparently quite stubborn! They are still finding their groove, but she has already claimed her mom’s lap as her favorite place to be and follows her around everywhere. Daisy even howls when she leaves for work! Daisy loves everyone in the family, though, and spends most of the day with her big brother. The two are best buds and enjoy lots of walks and snuggle-times together. They’re all looking forward to sharing sunny beach trips and mild hikes with their furry family member!
