Daisy

Adopted MARCH 2019!

Daisy’s Story:

Dearest Daisy was rescued from the Orange County Animal Shelter in January 2019. This poor, sweet cocker girl had terrible skin and needed some lumps removed from various places on her body, as well as cherry eye surgery and a dental with a couple of extractions. The shelter estimated Daisy to be about nine years of age, but she didn’t act nearly that old! She was a wiggly, friendly pup with a very waggly tail and super sweet demeanor. This smart lady already walked well on a leash, too!

Now named Jasmine, she loves to play fetch in the backyard of her new home. Her adopter says she is even more of a cuddle bug than a fetcher, though. She’s a very happy dog and gets along well with her new brother Picasso, who is a 3-year-old cocker spaniel. Both dogs sleep on the bed with their mom, who says that they are a special comfort to her. Jasmine’s skin has healed up nicely and she is in great health now! She eats a healthy diet and gets so much loving care.

From Jasmine’s adopter: “She is a joy to have in my life.”
