Daniel’s Story:

Darling little Daniel joined Camp Cocker as part of our Freedom Flight program in January 2021. Estimated to be between five to seven years old, this handsome Cocker Spaniel flew from South Korea after he’d been rescued by our partners there at Korean K9 Rescue. Though he’d shown no clinical symptoms, Daniel’s bloodwork revealed elevated thyroid levels and an ultrasound showed what appeared to be a slightly enlarged liver. After further testing was done, however, he was deemed a healthy boy. Phew!

This sweetheart arrived in Los Angeles, CA ready to snuggle and make friends! He has a delightful personality and is very affectionate with people and playful with other dogs. He is very attached to a soft brown ball that his new parents gave him and carries it around with him everywhere. Daniel now has a beautiful 12-year-old Collie sister named Bailey whom he is enjoying getting to know, and his adopters report that he is just such an amazing dog. We couldn’t agree more!

From Daniel’s mom: “We just absolutely adore Daniel! He has been sleeping pressed into my side every night! And follows us both around the house at all times :)”
