WELCOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE, GAVIN!

GAVIN is an adult male Cocker Spaniel Freedom Flyer from South Korea. He was rescued from the Incheon shelter by the COCKER MOMS, our rescue partners in South Korea.

Gavin is estimated to be about 8 years old, and currently weighs about 22 pounds.

His foster family in South Korea have shared that he is very sweet, loveable, and:

• He loves people and really wants to be loved

• He is energetic and loves walks

• After his walks he is a relaxed pup at home

• He is smart and understands basic commands

• He loves belly rubs and will ask for them

Since arriving in America, Gavin occasionally shows some issues when he’s on a leash - when people either quickly approach him or when people walk past him at a fast pace. We recommend that he work with a force-free positive reinforcement trainer to help him feel more comfortable in these situations.
