Hamilton

Adopted APRIL 2019!

Hamilton’s Story:

This beefy 2-year-old "Frenchton" (part French bulldog, part Boston terrier) is a strong, curious boy who LOVES getting treats! In April 2019, he took the long flight from South Korea to Los Angeles, CA with another rescue dog, named Huey. Freedom Flyer Hamilton was so gentle and sweet. Dogs like Hamilton have a very hard time getting adopted in Korea because of the overpopulation of small breeds there and the fact that people can easily go out and buy puppies for cheap. Partly for that reason, there is still a strong stigma around adopting shelter dogs in Korea.

Renamed Winston when his family adopted him, he is so happy with his humans! They absolutely adore their handsome little man and can’t imagine their lives without him. Winston likes playing in the backyard and napping snuggled up to his cat siblings, Cong and Meo. He is such a sweet, special guy!

From Winston’s adopters: “Our sincere gratitude to everyone involved with Camp Cocker. Without Camp Cocker, we would have never met this little ball of energy and love.”
