Adopted JANUARY 2024!

JJ’s Story:

Rescued in January 2024, this adorable and energetic cocker spaniel flew to America from South Korea as part of our Freedom Flight program. At 7-8 months old, he was very sweet, friendly and had lots of puppy energy. He had been discovered tied up at a factory in Guro and there had been multiple complaints of his barking. Apparently, he had been left there by a former factory worker who’d left the country. The owner of the factory was more than happy to relinquish him to our rescue partners known as Cocker Spaniel Friends.

Upon arriving in Los Angeles, CA, this cutie had adopters ready and waiting to make his acquaintance. They affectionately named him Mucho because he is a handful - but they love him!!! They look forward to attending obedience classes together and teaching him how to swim in their swimming pool. Mucho has a nice, new cocker spaniel brother, named Loui, who’d been rescued from the South Los Angeles shelter a few years prior. The family enjoys walking, running, and playing in the backyard together. The cockers also have a chihuahua cousin they get to spend lots of time with, who is very friendly and loves being around other dogs. Mucho is a small boy, weighing only 18 pounds, but he has SO much love to share! He snores when he sleeps and his parents tell us that his ears go back when they tell him he’s a cute dog… how precious is that?

From Mucho’s adopters: “We love him this little cutie!!
