Lauren

Adopted OCTOBER 2019!

Lauren’s Story:

Adorable puppy-monkey Lauren was born in the care of Camp Cocker on May 5th, 2019 just two weeks after we’d rescued her mom. Sydney had been seven weeks pregnant when Camp Cocker saved her from the San Bernardino Shelter and later gave birth to eight beautiful puppies. It was so rewarding to watch these babies grow and explore the big, new world around them, and we are thankful for the opportunity to save Sydney and make that world a nicer place for her and her babies. Little Lauren had been the last of the litter to be adopted out. What is it they say about saving the best for last?

Now known as Lolo, she was adopted by some awesome Camp Cocker volunteers! Her favorite things are eating, cuddling, sleeping, and playing fetch. Lolo has lots of fun energy and enjoys going for runs on the beach and taking daily long walks along the harbor. She also loves to go kayaking and sailing with her family, and absolutely loves to play at the tennis courts with her doggie friends. In addition to her adventurous spirit, Lolo is incredibly sweet and affectionate, and she loves to snuggle up close to her humans. Lolo’s mom says that she is AMAZING with her tiny new human brother and they credit Camp Cocker Rescue for doing such an incredible job socializing all of Sydney’s puppies. Lolo loves being around her baby brother and always stays close by to make sure he’s okay. Sweet Lolo’s tail never stops wagging. She’s living the dream!
