WELCOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE MAX!
MAX is a sweet little guy - a friendly, lovable male Cocker Mix, rescued from the North Central LA Animal Shelter.
Per our vet, Max is estimated* to be 9-10 years old and weighs 16 pounds.
He is blind in his left eye, and has an appointment with the ophthalmologist on 9/20/23.
Update 9/21/23 - The Ophthalmologist says that his left eye is blind and enlarged with glaucoma. We will have that eye enucleated when he has his upcoming dental.
Max’s foster mom says: “Max is SO nice! He’s very people-friendly (dog-friendly too) and craves affection. He loves to be with his people, loves to snuggle, and he appears to be potty trained. He regularly potties outdoors and knows how to use a doggie door. He loves running around the. back yard with the other dogs!”
Max is in the process of being vetted. Please stay tuned for updates as we learn more.
