Milo’s Story:

Rescued in February 2020 as one of our Freedom Flyers from South Korea, this adorable 6-month-old Terrier mix flew to America with another one of our rescue doggies, named Mary. Super cute and tiny, he was a happy and healthy boy with a fun, playful personality.

Adopted on Valetine’s Day, Milo’s adopters report that he has been an absolute joy. He is most definitely a puppy and can’t get enough of playing fetch. He was housebroken almost immediately, but still jumps up and does some mouthing behavior that they are working through. He is a star at meeting new friendly dogs on their walks, and ignoring without fear other dogs who occasionally growl or bark in his direction. He is very smart and sweet.

Milo has grown quite a bit since his adoption, and has become a shaggy fella! He doesn’t shed a great deal, and needs considerably less bathing and grooming than his parents had anticipated. They love the hair over the eyes look that he has before grooming! So cute.

From Milo’s adopters: “We couldn’t be happier. He was such a joy around the house when we had to shelter in place, and his cheerful disposition makes the most stressful day so much brighter. Thanks so much for Camp Cocker’s part in bringing him to us!”
