Mimi’s Story:

Between 3-5 years of age, Mimi is a perfect little tri-color Spaniel mix. She was one of our Freedom Flyers in March 2021 and had an adopter waiting for her when she arrived! She is a very sweet and friendly little lady.

Her adopter has named her Piper and shares that she fits right in at home! They are currently working on Piper’s leash skills outside because she tends to get distracted (so many new things to explore!) and are having a lot of fun together. The two enjoy the occasional hike or visit to the dog park together.

With our Freedom Flight Rescue program, Camp Cocker Rescue is not only able to change the lives of the dogs that we fly to America, but it also puts smiles on the faces of their loving adopters who have wonderful homes to offer but have been unable to find a small dog to adopt from their local shelters. It’s a win-win! We truly believe that Compassion Has No Borders. We are grateful to our rescue partners in South Korea for saving Piper so that we could find her the perfect forever home.
