WELCOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE NELLIE BELLE!

• NELLIE BELLE is a sweet, friendly, female, tail-wagging Cocker Spaniel, rescued from the South Los Angeles Shelter on October 30, 2022.

• Nellie Belle is a senior girl. Our vet estimates her to be about 13+ years old. She weighs about 21 pounds.

• Her eyesight appears to be limited to shadows and movement. She has significant dry eye in both eyes, and receives Tacrilomus ophthalmic eye drops three times a day to treat her dry eye. The good news is that her eye pressure measurements show NO glaucoma!

• Nellie Belle’s ears have some stenosis from chronic infections but the vet can still see the intact ear drum. She had a deep cleaning and was prescribed Osurnia (long-lasting ear meds). She will require regular ear cleaning at home.

• Nellie Belle’s foster mom describes her as the perfect senior doggie - sweet, affectionate, tail always wagging, happy around people and other dogs, just a delight to be with!
