UPDATE: 2/22/2023 - Emily is having post-op medical complications from her 2nd knee surgery, and her recovery time & physical therapy will take much longer than we previously anticipated. In the mean time, please consider donating toward her medical expenses.

WELCOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE EMILY!

Emily is a Freedom Flyer from South Korea. She arrived at LAX from South Korea on Memorial Day, May 30, 2022.

• She is an active oh-so-cute female Cocker Spaniel with the most beautiful eyes! Emily is estimated to be about 2-4 years old and 17 pounds.

• She’s cute, fun, playful, affectionate, brave & smart!

• As soon as she arrived at the airport and we took her out of her crate, it was obvious just how sweet & friendly Emily is!

• She's good with other dogs, and is great with cats, too!

• Emily came to us with luxating patellas.  She has been under the care of a board certified specialist, has had corrective surgery on her right knee, and is now receiving post-op physical therapy. 

• UPDATE 2/14/23: Emily was finally able to be scheduled for surgery on her left knee yesterday, February 13. Post-op care will be followed by physical therapy. We picked her up from the hospital today, February 14, and she looks great!

• We're currently limiting adopters to the Los Angeles area in order for Emily to continue her post-op physical therapy - which will be funded by Camp Cocker.
