Lady’s Story

Origin: Owner Relinquish
Lady was relinquished to us by her owners. Although her family loved her with all of their hearts, their life circumstances prevented them from being able to manage her healthcare needs. The owners truly loved them and struggled to do their best for these sweet dogs.
Lady is sweet with people she knows, but having missed out on socialization in the real world, she’s not used to walks, meeting strangers, going to the vet, groomer, or anywhere in public! She also has some howl-producing separation anxiety that will require her to be in a home without shared walls.
Lady has led a very sheltered life so far and because she has been co-dependent on her littermates, her own confidence has been stunted. She will do best in a home with another confident dog so she can have someone to model how a dog handles real world experiences.
It’s amazing to see how much happier and less-stressed littermates can become once they have a chance to fly on their own. We are so excited for Lady to experience this freedom and to find her self-assuredness.
