Betsy was rescued from the Lodi Animal Shelter in Lodi, California, after she was literally dropped off outside of the shelter!! 😡
Betsy’s arrival at Camp Cocker Rescue on July 11 has caused huge excitement! She is one cute, cuddly, playful, energetic little girl - estimated to be between 2-3 months old!
Our little Cocker Spaniel heart throb has officially broken the internet (and our inbox)! 💗 We hadn’t yet listed her on our webpage when we started getting a flood of applications!
IMPORTANT UPDATE!
WE’VE SELECTED THE FAMILY WHO WILL BE ADOPTING BETSY!! BETSY’S STATUS IS CURRENTLY PENDING FOSTER-TO-ADOPT. THIS WILL REMAIN HER STATUS UNTIL SHE IS OLD ENOUGH TO BE SPAYED. ONCE HER SPAY HAS BEEN COMPLETED, HER ADOPTION WILL BECOME OFFICIAL!

Camp Cocker Rescue is based in Los Angeles and adopts out throughout the mainland U.S.. Out-of-state adopters complete the same screening process as in-state adopters, then travel to California to adopt in person. No steps of the adoption process are waived.
