Biscuit was described as a near-feral dog who was nearing euthanasia at the shelter. He was rescued by Camp Cocker in hopes of giving him another chance. Unfortunately, after two weeks he was still unable to be handled and appropriately cared for, thus making him unadoptable. Biscuit crossed the Rainbow Bridge on December 31, 2023. 💔
