As a result of Bongo exhibiting severe aggression – with dogs, people, veterinarians, care-givers, and potentially children – on top of his inability to tolerate handling, even special-handling, muzzles, and crates, we classified him as unavailable until we could consult with a trainer who specializes in aggression. As a result, we were advised that Bongo is “unadoptable” and made the painful, heartbreaking decision to euthanize him on November 11, 2024. 💔🌈
