Celeste (CeCe)’s Story
Rescue Date: May 15, 2024
Origin: Long Beach Shelter
Celeste (aka CeCe) is a beautiful young female Cocker Spaniel who was abandoned, with an older companion in a Petco parking lot. She ended up in the Long Beach Shelter where Camp Cocker was able to rescue her.
Celeste is very sweet, and very shy! She exhibits significant anxiety when she’s around most people, including her long-term foster mom at times! Therefore she’ll need:
- A home with another confident dog to help show her the way. She’d love a dog who will be a playmate and a cuddle-buddy!
- No young children – preferably a home with an adult or two, and a quiet environment as she startles very easily. In a quiet, calm environment she is very affectionate.
- A backyard where she can run & play in a home that is secure (she’s an escape risk).
*Please note that any age provided is only an estimate, based on veterinary examination.
