Helena

Helena (aka Helly) is a young female Cocker Spaniel from South Korea who flew to Los Angeles to join Camp Cocker Rescue in search of her new home.

Helena was rescued from the Busan puppy mill shut down in October – by our amazing rescue partners Cocker Friends Korea (FKA the Cocker Moms). The cruel, filthy living conditions were similar to how a typical American puppy mill is run, truly heartbreaking! Over 600 dogs and multiple Korean rescue organizations showed up to work around the clock for 48 hours until every dog was removed to safety.

** As a result of her puppy mill experience, Helly is a flight risk! A home with a securely fenced yard, with another confident dog, and without children, is a must for her. She will definitely require a force-free trainer to help her adjust to her new life.

Helena is estimated* to be 2-4 years old.
