WELCOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE, JENNY!
Hi, I'm Jenny!
According to the shelter folks, I was a hot mess when I was brought into the Barstow Humane Society shelter, I couldn't even believe it was me. You see, I'm a DIVA! Thankfully the nice people here arranged to get me groomed. I’m so happy that they got me looking like a DIVA should!
I’m a spayed Cocker Spaniel girl, estimated* to be about 5-7 years old. I’m underweight at 18 pounds. I am dog-friendly, but not a fan of cats! They say that I do well on a leash & don't mind a crate.

It is unknown if Jenny is house-trained or if she's been around kids. We’ll be taking her to our veterinarian for examination - and will be providing more vetting in the days to follow.
10/26/23 UPDATE: Good news! Jenny’s bloodwork is within normal ranges. Her underweight status appears to be the result of inadequate nutrition - meaning she wasn’t getting enough food!😥Since her rescue, her appetite has been healthy and she devours every meal!
In the meantime, if you’re interested in Jenny, be sure to submit your application soon. A young diva like Jenny won’t be around for long! Stay tuned for details to follow.
